Sanidhya Foundation (SF), was a incorporated on 07th of June 2011 with the vision of promoting better quality of life to the under-privileged Community, and skilling youth to develop a successful career by skilling them as per the industry standards and build a long term successful career for our students. At SF, we provide practical skills and knowledge at affordable cost, in the shortest possible time. Our endeavor is to get students into jobs that give them useful experience for a successful and long term career. And we hope to serve the industry by providing them trained resources that are productive and efficient.
Sanidhya Foundation is a non-government organization with a mission to empower individuals with the right kind of skill set, to help them gain livelihood and face the world confidently. With its focus on Employability and Micro-Entrepreneurship, Sanidhya Foundation has trained over 2000 students with various skill-sets across India, till date.

SF conducts many Skill Development programs that are necessary for individuals in their employability and micro-entrepreneurship trainings. These programs have been tailored to suit the requirement of every industry. These skill development training programs are recommended to individuals after a proper assessment. The skill development training methodology is designed to transform individuals as we instill our students with Soft Skills such as Communication skills, Leadership skills and Team work with Life Skills such as Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills and Decision making skills. It also incorporates a course of Basic English and Interview skills in its trainings, as it not only helps the students acquire a better job, but also increases their self-confidence.
